Dhyana shloka:udhyanmaarthandakoti prakataruchiyutham chaaru veerasanastham
mounjee yajnopaveetham varadhamuru shikhashobhitham kundaladyam
bhakthanamistadhantham pravanamanudhinam vedanadapramodham
dhyeddhevam vidheyam plavakulapathim ghoshpadhee bhootavaridhim
Mantra:
Om hreem yam gam shakti hanumaan shaardhoola mukha
Sannimukha sannibhashakti ucchatanaaya shambhuprasadhena shaktipaadaUgraveera hanumaan sheegram mamasarvajanavasham kurukuru swaha
Note:
after meditating on hanumaan (reciting his dhyana shloka), then the mantra should be recited for at least 108 everyday. This helps to overcome fear, anxiety, depression, etc.
