Different planets have jurisdiction over different parts of
our body and also have certain inherent tendency to produce some typical
diseases. Let's see the details.
Sun
Weak Eyesight, headaches, disturbances in blood circulation, affecting
the strength of bones, baldness, palpitation, hyper-irritability, fever, and
all troubled caused by Pitta.

The planets are also associated with certain portions and functions within the body: They are heart, spine, and general vitality.
The Sun is the life giver to our physical bodies and controls the prana or life force. The placement of the Sun is very important for overall health as it governs entire constitution of the body. No number of words can express the Sun's importance in bodily functioning. It specifically rules the heart, eyes, upper back and spine, aorta and blood circulation.
Sun indicates eye problems, heart problems, high fevers, deprived
digestion, mental tensions etc.
Moon
Mental aberration, menstrual disorders, skin diseases, anemia’s,
nervousness, effusions - sometimes serious nature, uterus problems, dropsy, tuberculosis
etc.,

Lethargy, sleepiness, indolence, diseases arising from excited kapha (Phelgm), dysentery, fevers arising from acute cold, boils, taste-lessness and indigestion, jaundice, mental debility, illness from impurity of blood, accidents in water, attacks by animals with horns and by aquatic creatures.
Moon has effect on lungs. Weak moon will give diseases related to lungs, nervous disorders, sulkiness, depression, weak eyesight, emotional disorders. Bad and horror dreams have been noticed when there is malefic effect on moon.
Body parts and function governed by it are the breasts, stomach, alimentary canal, lower ribs, womb, menstrual cycle and lymphatic system.
- Moon has effect on

Mars
Loss of control on blood resulting in BP, tissue breakages,

houses, wounds, irritability, eruptions, epilepsy, tumers etc.,
Mars is a violent planet and appears red in colour. Malefic effect on
Mars denotes accidents, surgery, injury, blood disorders, acidity, acne,
ulcers, smoking habits, boils, aggressive behaviour etc.
Mars rules our sexuality and sexual energy, and governs weapons, accidents and surgery (the last two illustrating the yin and yang nature of this planet). In the end, however, the energy of Mars can be quite useful if used properly.
Mercury
Mental disturbances, nerve disorders, strung nerves, breakdown, neuronal,
leucoderma, excessive sweating, vertigo, impotence, deafness, sensitiveness and
allergy etc.,

Venus play a part in diseases of the blood. Venus is also valuable in circulatory ailments, such as phlebitis, embolisms, thrombosis and dilation of the vessels of the arterial and venous systems and it keeps the body supplied with a pure source of oxygen. Venus also governs slack muscle tone in the body. Mars represents tight, healthy muscles, whereas Venus, its opposite, indicates a potential lack of tone or tightness, soft or weakened muscles. All the disease related to throats and neck like vocal cords, tonsillitis, diphtheria, laryngitis, swelling in the neck, mumps, and thrush or fungus infection of the mouth or throat. It governs thyroid related problems, various diseases of the kidney, as well as skin ailments, Sugar or diabetes, urine and semen related problems. Saturn

considered a planet of diseases, sorrows and old age. Rheumatic pains,
nervous disorders, arthritis, bones problems, fractures, paralysis,
osteoporosis, sever depression and old age related diseases etc. are the
indicator of malefic Saturn.
Rahu
Hiccough, slowness of action, clumsiness, intestinal diseases,
insanity, ulcers, leprosy, general debility, boils, eclampsia, varicose veins,
disease of spleen and adrenal s etc.,
