Chakras and Saadhana.

There are six chakras in the human body . So says Brihadaranya upanishad . These chakras are sukshma kendras where Lord resides to control various koshas of the body .The various koshas are , annamaykosha , pranamay kosha , manomay kosha etc ….
The first chakra is mooladhara situated at the point called kanda which is 2inches above the rectum[between anus guda and vrushana testicles ] , it is 4 inches by two inches spherical. ABOVE this kanda is situated a four petals of LOTUS encompassing a TRIKONA AGNI mandal . [ Triangular basin of fire ] The beejaakshar LAM activates this chakra .
The second chakra is MANIPURA situated at the navel [ nabhi] . It is LOTUS of six petals , encompassing a vayu mandal in shatkona [ hexagon ]. yam is the beejakshar
The third chakra is of anahat  [ hruday chakra ] it consists of eight petals of LOTUS encompassing surya mandal of dwadashkona [ 12 side polygon ] inside this polygon is situated chnadra mandal sphercal in shape embedded is agni mandal in it of trikonaakar ie triangular in shape . rum is the beejakshar
The fourth chakra is in vishuddha  INDRAYONI [ near the backside of the tongue ] ,This two petal LOtus with spherical chandra mandal . ham is the beejakshar.
The fifth is brumadhya chakra of agnya [ forehead ] it consists of four petals of LOTUS with spherical chandra mandal . varun beeja is the akshar .
The sixth is 12inches above head is sahasrar  chakra , it consists of 12 petals of LOTUS and spherical chandra mandal . OM is the beejakshar . turiya is the rupa .
The first three chakras are red in colour and rest are white in colour .
Vasudev etc five rupas o the LORD should be meditated in each chakra .
Vasudev is white in color ,sankarshana is pingala in color , pradyumna is harita in color , aniruddha is neela in color , Narayana is lohita in color .
The mooladhara consists of sushumna which rises till the bramharandra in the head , this is made up of five nadis ie vajrika , arya, avabhasini ,vaidhruta , bramhanadi .
Sushumna[ Narayana ] is surrounded by IDA[ Aniruddha ] to the left  PINGALA                  [ sankarshana] to the right DHARINI[ vasudeva ]  in front and VAJRIKA [ Pradyumna ] in back .
Without seeing the LORD there cannot be moksha . To see him one must engage in shravan manan and after getting his complete knowledge then one can engage in DHYANA and not before that .
There are two types of upasana : Adhyayan Adhyapan is one and DHYAN is second .
DHYAN has limbs like yama niyama asana pranayama .
Pratyahaar dharana dhyan samadhi are for aparoksha ,
Yama means satya asteya ahimsa bramhacharya aparigraha .
Shouch tapasya trupti svadhyaya Haripooja all these are Niyamas .
Svastikaasan , Veerasana , padmasan etc are asanasa .
YagnyaValkya says , not troubling anyone by speech mind and body is known as AHIMSA.
satyam bhutahitam proktam na yatartha bhashanam .
TRUTH is what is beneficial to satvikas and not speaking as is .
Not aspiring[ body and mind and speech ] others wealth and belongings is what is ASTEYA .
Completely avoiding thoughts of sex with  women  by body mind and speech is what is known as BRAMHACHARYA .
Aparigraha : totally isolating self from the worldly pursuits of money mongering and gossip .
Shouch – two types , bahya / antar  . CLEANING the body with water soaps and other cosmetics is bahya shouch . restricting mind from anger lust etc is antah shauch .
Tapasya – concentration[ ekagrata ] of mind and chitta and indriyas is known as tapasya .
ASAN – devata smaran can be done in any position , but dhyana should be in the asana only . if body is fragile , so is mind ,so to get steadfast mind , asan is necessary . PADMASAN is best .
Pranayam ; Rechak poorak and kunbhak are three parts of PRANAYAMA . If pranayam is done without mantra then it becomes preparatoryfor dhyana , if done with mantra and devta smarana [ VISNUM VAYUM SMARET ] then it becomes dhyana itself ,
For MUKTI sadhana shravan is important . those who donot know tattva they must listen to shastras only . Those who have learnt shastra they must do manana to consolidate their learnings , Those who have consolidated the shastras must do dhyana .
BUT Shastra vimarsha [ contemplation ] is 10 times more better than dhyana . ANd hundred times better is teaching atleast one student . EVEN aparokshagyanis teach because HARI is pleased by teaching of shastras ,
In dhyan only few gunas of HARI is what meditated , but while shastra vimarsha there is opportunity to contemplate many qualities of LORD .
SHAUCH and ASAN are means to MOKSHA SADHANA but they themselves are not sadhana so much importance and time should not be spent on only making asanas and shuchi .Otherwise people spend hours in sculpting body with yogasanas .These dont even give punya by themselves ,
Pranayam , aparigraha , ahimsa ,satya,  asteya , bramhacharya , tushti among these , each is greater than other by two times . Shastrabhyasa is one crore times greater . HARIPOOJA is infinite times greater than these . DHYANA is three times better . SHATRA vimarsha and pravachana is manyfolds greater than DHYANA .
One must practise PRANAYAMA for more and more times . One must remove the inner air through pingala and take in fresh air through IDA and hold it in sushumna and then remember VISHNU and VAYU .
If there is break while doing such VISHNU samrana  then it is dharana , if there is no breaks and if it is continous than it is DHYANA . if outer world totally elapses for a sadhak then it is samadhi . SUCH prolonged samadhi gives aparoksha , COntinuous shastra parisheelana [ contemplation also gives aparoksha ] . This should be accompanied by devotion only then aparoksha is possible ,. Affection full of DIVINE KNOWLEDGE of shastras is what known as devotion BHAKTI , This BHAKTI alone is important for  MOKSHA .

Even malefics can do good…

All the Vedic stages have unanimously declared that the houses 6, 8, and 12 counted from lagna or from any Bhava are detrimental to lagna or that Bhava. So 6, 8, or 12 are said to be unlucky houses and indeed evil.

Not only the lords of the houses become adverse, but also the planets posited in these houses are still worse. Occupants are deemed to be stronger than the owners. Therefore the planets occupying 6, 8, and 12 must be worse than the lords of the houses.

When the lords of the houses and also the planets deposited in those houses are considered to be undesirable, then normally one will expect that the lords of these houses and planets occupying the above said houses must be causing untold miseries. But actually in practice it was found that under certain circumstances these planets owing these evil houses and also occupying such houses cause very favourable results, which are unexpected and it is a ‘Vipareeta, to normal expectations. Actually when we enjoy Raja Yoga, it is Vipareeta and so it is termed as ‘Vipareeta Raja Yoga’ 6th house indicates disease, debt, difficulty and dispute; 8th houses denotes distress, difficulty danger, drowning etc., and 12th house shows loss, swindling, secret inimical activity, depression etc. Therefore nobody would like to have any of the matter signified by these three houses.

Kalidas has mentioned in his book ‘Uttar Kalamrita’ – (Kanda 4 Sloka 22) the disposition of planets which cause Vjipareeta Raja Yoga.

“If the lords of the houses 6,8 and 12 occupy either jointly or individually the houses 6, 8 and 12 or if they are in any manner connected with the houses 6 or 8 or 12, then the person’ will be a king and he will command much wealth. He will establish a good name and enjoy his life.”

Loss to the opponent

One may ask ‘How can the lords of houses 6 and 8 in mutual exchange cause vipareeta Raja Yoga?
If lagna represents the person, then the 7th house stands for the opponent. The 6th house is 12th to the 7th, ie. ‘Vraya’ house and the 8th house will be the second the 7th. It is a well known fact that an interchange between the lords of the houses 2 and 12 brings loss of wealth loss of members in the family, loss of eye sight and defective speech etc. Therefore, when the opponents loses, the native gains. That is why the interchange between the lords of 6 and 8 bring about beneficial results as success in competition and litigation winning in elections etc.

Case Study

In my friend’s horoscope, the lords of houses 6 and 8 were in mutual exchange and he had been running the conjoined period of these two planets. My friend did not work hard for a victory in the election. But he had an opponent, who spent most extravagantly. His friends were much benefited monetarily, but they were not true to him. Actually they voted for my friend opponents and my friend had a thumping win. Thus if the lords of 6 and 8 are mutually exchanged due to the secret inimical activity, the opponent will ose and the native will gain.

Vipareeta Raja Yoga is caused by any one of the following planetary disposition:

Lord of the 8th occupying the 12 the or 6th;

Lord of the 6th being placed in the 8th or 12th;

Lord of the 12th being posited in the 8th or 6th;

Lords of 6,8 and 12 being associated win any way by mutual exchange of places mutual aspect or conjunction and these lords are at the same time free from such relation with other planets.

Mutual exchange of natural benefits owning the houses 6 and 8 brings abourt a transaction wherin the native is benefited; whereas he, with whom he transacted, does not gain equally. Vipareeta Raja Yoga is really enjoyed, only when the lords of 6 and 8 happen to be malefics by nature.

Mature exchanges

This rule will not apply to Capricorn lagna borns, as the lord of the 6th is Mercury and the lord of the 8th is Sun. Mercury and Sun can never occupy Gemini and Leo, causing mutual exchange i.e, Parivartana Yoga. Mutual exchange between the star-lords of the 6th lord and the 8th lord also cause Parivartana yoga. Even in such Yogas natural benefits mutually exchanged beween the houses 6 and 8 are not as harmful to the opponent as natural malefics 2 owning the houses 6 and 8 interchange. No doubt benefits in 6,7 and 8 cause Lagnadhiyoga to the native and mutual exchange of natural benefics owning the houses 6 and 8 brings about a transaction wherein the native is benefited; whereas he. With whom he transacted, does not gain equally.

Period of the lords of 6 and 8:

Supposing a person purchases a property during Jupiter Dasa, Venus Bhukti (lords 6 and 8 for vrishaba Lgnas) ; then this person purchases it at a cost lower than the market rate; whereas the seller loses to some extent. Anyhow he is capable of disposing evin an unsalayle property during that period. Also it may be noticed in a few business men’s charts that the husband transfers certain share and also gives gift to his wife, when the wife runs a period (dasas and bhukti) conjointly ruled by the lords of 6 and 8. It is also likely that those who run the joint period of the lords of 6 and 8, borrow money without any proper record and the person who lent the money suddenly passes away therby the native who runs the period of lord 6 and 8 is not honest temporarily and he appropriates the amont.

Exchange of Natural Benefics.

The mutual exchange between the lord of 12 with either the lord of 8 or 6 will be advantageous to the mnative, only when they happen to be natural malefics. Mutual exchange between natural benefics cannot do harm to the opponent and also much good to the native. Because , if the 6th lord is a benefic and if it occupies the second house or if the 3rd lord occupies the 6th house, the natives financial position will improve by borrowing or service. Therefore , benefics owning the houses 8 and 12 indicate that they own the houses 2 and 6 to the opponent. Therefore benefics cannot bring either loss or throw any obstacles to the opponent . hence the native cannot gain much.

This Vipareeta Raja Yoga is really enjoyed , only when the lords of 6 and 8 happen to be malefics by nature. Indeed the period may cause an injury to the person and he may suffer from disease, yet monetarily it will do good to him or in any competitive examination or election, he will come out successful. This is purely applicable to those who are born in Mithuna Lagna and Vrischika Lagna.
Mutual exchange between the lords of 6 and 12 will be advantageous to younger brother mother and father. Interchange between the lords of 8 and 12 will be advantageous to younger brother, mother and father. Interchange between the lords of 8 and 12 will be advantageous to mother, wife and elder brother. Interchange between lords of 6 and 8 will be advantageous to children.

Notes: 1. Natural Benefics: Jupiter, Venus, Waxing Moon, Unafflicated Mercury.
2. Natural Malefics: Saturn, Mars, Sun, Waning Moon, Afflicted Mercury, Rahu, Ketu.

Jupiter – How and When Malefic

1)  Through Astrological works, the benefic nature of Jupiter is well known. Even some of my colleague astrologers have referred to Jupiter as the only benefic planet while Venus, the Moon and Mercury have been given secondary position. However, in practice, Jupiter has proved to be malefic in certain situations, i.e. by placement, association, aspect, the ding in which it is placed and by whom is being aspected. In this write-up, instances shall be referred to the situations where Jupiter has proved to be a malefic.

2)  To start with, knowledge of a little background about Jupiter and its benefic nature is necessary. In general, Jupiter denotes government i.e. represents officials, who give advice to the government. Jupiter gives all comforts of life and related amenities, benefic aspect of the Jupiter can turn the table where otherwise bad results may be expected. Jupiter represents the highest class of society including priests and teachers. Jupiter is competent to give male issues. He makes the native well-versed in all branches of knowledge. He also gives wealth. Normally it has been seen that during major period of Jupiter, the native engages himself in religious and sacred duties, gets promotion if in government service and reaches higher strata if in business. The native firmly believes in God, has all comforts of riches, gold, clothes. Conveyances, wife and son(s), may be recognized as chief among his community and above all is endowed with acts of high spiritual nature.

3)  Briefly, it can be summed up that the Jupiter is known to be signification of children, wealth, education, name, fame, prosperity and happy married life. Jupiter gives the native political power, finances and good luck. The native will be known for his good qualities, prosperous and a charming personality. Persons engaged as judges, magistrates etc need strong Jupiter. Jupiter is the planet that has a big hand in making the native an eloquent speaker, most imaginative and also writer or author. He enables the native to enjoy Raja Yoga if in an angle, tine or in the 11th house occupying own or exalted sign.

4)   Jupiter is the next in orbit to Saturn. He takes roughly 12 years to complete a cycle of the zodiac but exactly the period is eleven years, three hundred and fourteen days, twelve hours, twenty minutes and nine seconds.

Known for great fortune as stated above, Jupiter is considered to be a hot, moist, airy, sanguine, masculine, and social planet. Jupiter has been described to be well dignified and thus makes the natives born under his influence wise, magnanimous, jovial, just, mild-mannered with moderate temperament and inclined to religious matters. Jupiter increases the chances of success in all fields and adds to the executive ability of the native. It has been recognized by all that the Jupiter is the symbol of wisdom and is the largest planet of our solar system. At the same time as Marker a (Killer). Jupiter would cause death without much trouble or through phlegmatic disorders.

5)  Out of the 12 signs (Rasis), Jupiter owns two signs: Sagittarius and Pisces: Persons born under Sagittarius have been described to be incurably optimistic. Sagittarius is a dual sign. Sagittarians always strive for better things. By and large, they have been found to be little restless and at the same time they do not want to put themselves in danger of bodily peril. It has however been seen that more octogenarians are born under this sign of Jupiter. They have great resave force of energy but they do spend more energy in daily life with little tendency to economies energy, but their love of environments and outdoor life is supreme though accidental troubles cannot be ruled out-accidents to hips, hands or hips and also suffering from rheumatism and through government. With ideal vision, their general temperament is calm and cheerful.

6)   Jupiter has been said to be of long stature. The aspect of Jupiter makes one little taller as Mercury, Saturn and Rahu are expected to do Jupiter in Lagna is stated to be endowed with directional strength.

Jupiter has been said to be signification of wealth. If Venus is placed in the 12th house form Jupiter and Jupiter has good lordships too in the horoscope, the native is bound to be rich. The richness would depend on the position of other planets also and dasa periods during which richness would accrue.

In one of the cases 6th house Jupiter with the moon (Aries Lagna having Saturn) failed to save the native from skin trouble (leprosy) though Mercury happened to be in own sign Gemini with the Sun. other planets being- Venus and Rahu in the 2nd house, Mars in the 4th and Ketu in the 8th house.

7)  In Zodiac, Sagittarius is the first sign owned by Jupiter followed by Pisces. Jupiter in its own sign normally is said to make the native sincere, fortunate, successful and enterprising. Such natives have been found to gain after marriage. Depending on the combinations it can be a case of one marriage and many affairs. Such persons have been advised to curtain speculative tendencies as the are likely to suffer losses (NO game of chance for persons born under sign of Sagittarius though they can gain from the games of mind).

Sagittarius persons are capable of foreseeing the outcome of a transaction from its inception. Frank, open-hearted, and truthful, such persons get distressed with small annoyances. Generally, it has been that Sagittarius persons are clam and cheerful but they also get excited beyond control at times. So to say extraordinary mental activity is the chide characteristic of Sagittarius native. Normally, such natives become teachers, preachers and also exponents of law and that is why legal profession is said to be an excellent field for them. They are fond of arguments and enjoy cross words with finer sense of humor.

Unless Jupiter is badly afflicted, such natives are financially well equipped. This would depend on how Jupiter is aspected by malefic and the strength of Jupiter including his degree at the rising time. Be that as it may, a well developed Sagittarius, i.e. with many good planets in own houses, friendly houses, in exalted positions, produces a commanding figure in the financial world.

One of the bad things noted about Sagittarius persons is that they make promises but forget. However, such persons are tactful in having malefic influence in their horoscopes may prove to be spiteful. Therefore, such persons do acquire the likings of their subordinates but never command their affection.

8)  Pisces (Meena): this is another sign owned by Jupiter. This is a watery and dual sign. Natives born under this sign are liable to incur various diseases but they recover speedily. In normal health, they have been seen to exhibit wonderful vitality. Pisces natives normally come under fluency of some toxins or drugs. Some natives have deep interest in religious matters and art. With negative character, Pisces natives have no power of discrimination and have no capacity to resist any set of thoughts. However, the adoptability of native to circumstances is his best guarantee of survival. Strong planets in his ascendant of survival. Strong planets in the ascendant or powerful aspects of Jupiter. With regard to spiritual approach, Pisces people have been found to respond to the matters of soul apart form earthly matters. Such natives confuse material and spiritual planes. Alcohol has been found to be extremely bad for these natives.

Regarding finances, Pisces native have been noted to be careless and like to spend profusely with little judgment. They may be generous at times but not wise. Socially, such natives are inclined to see everything through rose colored spectacles. In love matters, devotion may exceed that of Taurus natives. Women with this sign rising are usually beautiful and fertile. Pisces women make an ideal wife. With these general narrations, it would be apt to say that a detailed delineation of personal horoscope of the native may reveal the truth.

9)
a. When Jupiter occupies Sagittarius or Pisces (own sings) or Cancer (sign of exaltation) identical with Kendra, Hamsa Yoga will be king, high political or government dignitary respected by people. Such persons are said to be virtuous. But this is not normally seen and we need verification of certain horoscopes. Again, it would depend on the combination in the horoscope and role of malefic.
b. With Jupiter in own sign Sagittarius or Pisces, as the Lagan, the native may be bilious and phlegmatic and may suffer from tumors. Such Jupiter makes some natives, of course, depending on their personal horoscopes, issueless, ungrateful, vain and hostile.

c.  Jupiter of Sagittarius or Pisces makes the native inferiors in company; his enemies also rise if Jupiter is in 3rd house. He may also hate his sons and friends.
d.  Jupiter in 5th house, if in Sagittarius-children will be born with great difficulty. If Jupiter is in Pieces, children may be short-lived. If Jupiter happens to be in masculine sign, denial of children may be short-lived. If Jupiter happens to be in masculine sign, denial of children may be short-lived. If Jupiter happens to be in masculine sign, denial of children, few children or sick children are possible.
e.  With Jupiter in 8th house, pangs of death may be unbearable.
f.   Among other things, Varaha Minhira in his Brihat Jataka has said that persons with Sagittarius Lagan (ruled by the most benefic Jupiter) have been found to be fond of murdering brothers and are not inclined to charity. They quarrel with wife, suffer from facial diseases and die by quadrupeds, serpents and imprisonment. And, persons under the other sign of Jupiter i.e. Pisces, have capricious mind and have many enemies, death is indicated by diseases in sexual organ, or while traveling.

10)
a.  The accepted canons of astrology are that the Jupiter stands for and is concerned with the following matters.

Knowledge, noble qualities, impairing knowledge, sons (progeny), minister, counselors, good behaviors, magnanimity, mastership over sense, knowledge of Sruits, Sastras, Smritis, progress in every direction, beauty, devotion towards Gods and Brahmins, religious faith, sacrifice, penance, honor, kindness, sympathy, magnanimity happiness of the husband, signification of the husband in females horoscopes, learning in Vedas, Sastras, Smritis and sacred lore, philosophy astrology, Brahmins, sages and ascetics, auspiciousness, virtue, physical toughness, gold, bed, conveyance, position and also residence.

Jupiter also signifies husband in the case of female natives. Now the question arises when the Jupiter himself becomes the lord of the 7th house, would it always give cordial relations and long life to the husband. It is not always true and in the case of female natives also, if Jupiter comes under the influence of Separative planets – the Sun, Saturn and Rahu in life, separation plants – the Sun, Saturn and Rahu in life, separation and diverse are bound to come under malefic dasa.

Astrology for Women and Women on Astrology

1)      It is recognized fact that women have been accorded certain prerogatives and to understand women, it is necessary to take into account her moon-like-character and to gain insight in the law of change that governs her. Phases of the moon life force in a female native and responsible for regular menses and the monthly cycle works with the movement of the Moon.

2)      Women do have certain physical and mental peculiarities which do not happen to mental but are confined to females only. Delivery, conception, appearance of menses etc, are peculiar to females only which studying Stri-Jataka i.e. female horoscopy, the following astrologically:

                                I.      Some events, as indicated above and some others, must be predicted for females only.
II.      Some events must be predicted only for their husband, and
III.      Some events must be shared by both the females and their husbands.

The results indicated by some of the yogas including Raja-Yogas etc must be applied to both females and their husbands. History tells about the eminent queens and empresses who had managed their kingdoms with great credit and ability.

3)      In general, the nature of husband his love to his wife and husband's qualities/ characteristics must be predicted from 7th House and 7th lord as the nature of wife, her love and her features are predicted with reference to 7th House in a man's horoscope.

4)      Humanity, astrologically and otherwise also, is divided into 3 main divisions i.e. masculine, feminine and eunuch. Without taking into consideration other sub-divisions, it would suffice to say that there are men with perfect masculine development but without power to have sex and produce children i.e. without power of erection for penetration. Similarly, there are frigid women i.e. without have desire or sexual excitement. They may evade or reject sexual offers. On the other hand, there are Nepunsakas or eunuchs who have strong sexual excitements and desires but without strong sexual organs for such functions. Again there are men and women who have strong sexual energy and who are not satisfied with ordinary sexual embraces and seek gratifications in an unnatural way. All these factors affect the normal imbalance and depressions.

5)      The other peculiarity among women is that of attaining puberty and among the generality of women kind, they are considered fit for sexual enjoyments only after they attain puberty. But 'crooked', 'wicked' and 'unfortunate' may have to resort to sexual intercourse even before attaining puberty. This would also depend, apart from the planetary position, on the company of these female the female children i.e. the maid-savants, relatives or constant evil company.

6)      We have profound philosophy- the Vedanta which is the product of a penetrating scientific study. Men and women and all beings are divine in their essential nature and have been endowed by nature with their organic capacity to inquire into realize the great truth. Without swelling on various aspects of Veda, it would be apt to say that Hinduism looks upon all females species as forms of Divine Mother. Females have been held in high esteem and are capable of attaining highest spirituality. Women have been and are capable of studying Vedas.

7)      Detailed discussion on various topics governing female horoscopy shall follows. Here it would suffice to mention following specific combinations for your information and guidance (do not jump to the conclusions merely on the basis of the following combinations):

                                I.      With the Venus in the 7th House, the persons shall be lascivious.
II.      With the Mercury in the 7th House, the person shall be lascivious.
III.      With the Jupiter in the 7th House, the native shall normally be devoted to his wife until other planets have more malefic effects on the 7th House and the 7th lord.
IV.      Saturn in the 7th House creates inclination for sex with bad women including maid servants and prostitutes.
                             V.      The Moon in the 7th house makes the native generous for the opposite sex.
VI.      Mars in the 7th House speak of attachment with several women unless Jupiter provides more wisdom.
VII.      The Sun in the 7th House can be a cause for destruction of his family clan-Ensure that no scandal is created on account of unwanted love/romance among the close relatives.
VIII.      The man may be interested in several wives if the lords of the 2nd, 7th and 6th House are together with Venus and a malefic and occupy the Lagan.
IX.      Broker – persons supplying women to others (immoral traffic) is indicted when the Lagan lord and 6th lord are together with a malefic.
                             X.      The women become childless if the lord of the 5th House or the lord of the 7th House is strong and is associated with or aspected by a benefic, his wife will get a child by here paramour. Similarly, child from paramour is indicated when the 7th lord is with a malefic and is aspected by Mars and is in he 2nd House.

Master Numbers in Numerology

There are 3 double-digit numbers that, while they are rooted in the single-digit numbers, require special emphasis and attention. These are 11, 22, and 33.
They are called Master numbers because they possess more potential than other numbers. They are highly charged, difficult to handle, and require time, maturity, and great effort to integrate into one’s personality.
The 11 is the most intuitive of all numbers. It represents illumination; a channel to the subconscious; insight without rational thought; and sensitivity, nervous energy, shyness, and impracticality. It is a dreamer. The 11 has all the aspects of the 2, enhanced and charged with charisma, leadership, and inspiration. It is a number with inborn duality, which creates dynamism, inner conflict, and other catalyses with its mere presence. It is a number that, when not focused on some goal beyond itself, can be turned inward to create fears and phobias. The 11 walks the edge between greatness and self-destruction. Its potential for growth, stability, and personal power lies in its acceptance of intuitive understanding, and of spiritual truths. For the 11, such peace is not found so much in logic, but in faith. It is the psychic’s number.
The 22 is the most powerful of all numbers. It is often called the Master Builder. The 22 can turn the most ambitious of dreams into reality. It is potentially the most successful of all numbers. It has many of the inspirational insights of the 11, combined with the practicality and methodical nature of the 4. It is unlimited, yet disciplined. It sees the archetype, and brings it down to earth in some material form. It has big ideas, great plans, idealism, leadership, and enormous self-confidence. If not practical, the 22s waste their potential. Like the 11, the 22 can easily shrink from its own ambition, causing difficult interior pressures. Both the 11 and the 22 experience the pressure-cooker effect very strongly, particularly at an early age. It must work toward the realization of goals that are larger than personal ambition. The 22 serves the world in a practical way.
The 33 is the most influential of all numbers. It is the Master Teacher. The 33 combines the 11 and the 22 and brings their potential to another level. When expressed to the fullest, the 33 lacks all personal ambition, and instead focuses its considerable abilities toward the spiritual uplifting of mankind. What makes the 33 especially impressive, is the high level of sincere devotion. This is shown in its determination to seek understanding and wisdom before preaching to others. The 33 in full force is extremely rare.
The number 33 only matters when found among the core numbers: The Life Path, Heart’s Desire, Expression, Personality, Maturity number, or as an Essence cycle or Pinnacle cycle. In all other cases the 33 should be reduced to a 6.
The fact that the 33 is extra-ordinary demanding and rare can be seen symbolically in the methods of calculation.
For example, a 33 Life Path can happen only when each of the 3 units of the birth date (month/year/day) add to 11. Or when the year adds to 22 (in the 20th century there are only 7 years that add to 22: 1939, 48, 57, 66, 75, 84, and 93) and the month and day of birth combined total is 11. And finally, when the birth day is 22 and the month and year of birth total 11.
Another way to look at the Master numbers:
The Master numbers 11, 22, and 33 represent a triangle. A triangle of Enlightenment.
33
11 22
The number 11 represents the vision.
The number 22 combines vision with action
The number 33 offers guidance to the world.

Finding Soulmate through Numerology

Searching out there for that special someone to light your fire and make your heart skip a beat? Exploring your options for a soul mate can be a short or long journey depending on numerous factors and conditions. However, a quick way to detect a soul mate connection is by the birthday. If 1 number in your chart matches 1 number in another person’s chart you initiate a soul mate connection. This creates an instant bond because one sixth of your personality is the same. Soul mate connections vary in karma as some produce a reward and others a debt.
There are 3 numbers that are extracted from the birthday to create a Numerology chart. The first number is derived by the day you were born. The second number is found by adding the day plus the month. The third number is produced by adding the day, the month, and the year. An example: I meet someone whose birthday is 7/19/55. His first number is 19. His second number is 26(7+19). His third number is 46 (7+19+20). Note that the year of a birthday is calculated by adding each number to produce a total (1+9+5+5=20). My birthday is 5/26/58. My first number is 26. My second number is 31 (5+26). My third number is 54 (5+26+23). There is a soul mate connection 26.
If you don’t find a number that matches your chart don’t give up. There are 3 more numbers that are formulated by computing the letters in the name. The technique for retrieving these numbers is more complicated. Each letter has a numerical value. First, you must change each letter to a number. Next add up the numerical vowels to produce a total. Then add the numerical consonants to produce a total. Last add the 2 totals together. An example is Anne=1555. The vowels equal 6(1+5). The consonants equal 10(5+5). The total equals 16(6+10). When you are calculating the numbers for the name you use the full birth certificate name.
Yes, you have found a soul mate connection what does this mean? For example the 26 soul mate connection denotes 2 playful spirits that enjoy sports, fun, and are juvenile in nature. However, there are 2 parts of a soul mate connection; 1 being the personality similarities and the other the chemistry caused by the combination. This particular combination produces a strong spiritual tie that will elicit transmitted feelings that each party would perceive no matter where they were located.
You can discover many soul mate connections using this formula.

Remedial Measures as per Maharishi Parasara

In Hindi Astrology the name of Brihat Prasara Hora Sastra is well known. To appease the planets different remedial have been suggested. It may be mentioned that sorrows, worries and other troubles come to the human beings on account of bad planetary position when the native is born. Some of these difficulties are removed by following the suggested remedies. Malevolence of the planets can be on account of various reasons including inauspicious birth, births on Amavasys. Any person who comes to the astrologer wants to be relieved of the troubles and wants to lead a happy, healthy and wealthy life. With all this ambitions in life, planets have to play their role and none is free from the force of planets.

Many remedies are suggested by astrology and other known occult sciences. Some measures are practiced by sages/pandits/fakirs etc. including tantrika on their own by way of experiences and god-gifted institutions. Be that as it may, here the discussion shall be with regard to remedies as suggested Brihat Prasara hora.

Persons desirous of peace, wealth, prosperity, and other comforts of life, longevity and health (disease free life) have to worship the planets in one form or the other. Apart from getting the desires fulfilled, the native is sure to get mental peace and feel contented. Worship of planets can be done by prayers, recitation of mantra, giving charity (donations) wearing of the respective gems etc.

Devotions and dedication is the first condition for worship apart from the firm belief in the respective idols of the planets. Do the following for the planet concerned:

Do good to the persons who worship you. It may be mentioned that development, progress and downfall of the people, creation and destruction of the universe are under the administration and authority of the planets.

VI.      Now a word about inauspicious births. It is true that the ascendant (Lagan) may be well disposed but still the births taking place on a particular date (tithi) etc. may be regarded as inauspicious. The following births have been regarded as inauspicious:

Births on amavasya (the last day of the dark fortnight of the moth). Moon-Sun conjunction in the dame sign.

Births on chaturdasi (14th tithi-krishna Paksha-dark half of the month).

Personal Growth Through Struggle

What happens to you is not as important as your reaction to what is happening to you.
But it also said something else I thought was strange for a motivational writer:
All your growth will depend on your activity. Your strength and growth will come only through continuous effort and struggle.
What a limiting concept! I totally disagree with it. (Although, I must admit, it’s certainly part of the mass consciousness, embodied perfectly by that tired old cliche: No pain, no gain.)
Let me start this discussion by saying something that may surprise some of you, even if you’ve been with us a long time: None of your growth ever comes from your activity — none!
We’re not saying action is not important in your physical lives. It is important — and for obvious reasons. But far more important is the reason you act.
Many humans often act upon whatever task is at hand out of a sense of dread and heavy obligation. In other words, they’re afraid of what might happen if they do not take action.
For example, how many folks do you know who get up every morning and drag themselves off to their jobs, jobs they often hate? They’re acting out of dread and obligation. Not a good way to go. On the other hand, how many folks do you know who hit the floor running every morning when they get out of bed? They’re so excited about the work they do, they can’t wait to get back to it. They’re acting out of a sense of joy.
Do you see the difference?
Friends, your higher self intended you to live in this physical lifetime with a joyous sense of expectation as you begin every new day.
If you get into your centered place of peace and power before you take action on anything at all, then your action will be truly inspired. And you will find everything flowing smoothly, easily, effortlessly. Time will seem to fly by, and you will accomplish far more in any give time period than you ever thought possible.
You go astray when you take action because you feel coerced by whatever or whomever. That is never inspired action. And then you will indeed find yourself in the place the motivational writer speaks of: Your strength and growth will come only through continuous effort and struggle.
Although you certainly can grow that way, you were never meant to struggle through this lifetime. Yes, you have your challenges. But all challenges are simply opportunities for growth. And growth is the name of the game. You cannot avoid growth. And you cannot avoid making choices. Even a choice to make no choices is a choice.
But you can choose the way you will grow — either through struggle or through joy. The choice is yours.

Double-Digit Numbers in Numerology

Every one of the cardinal numbers can be based on several different compound numbers. The 7, for instance, can be based on 16, 25, 34, 43, 52, 61, or 70. (It cannot be based on 79 or 88 except indirectly, because 79 and 88 are 16.) When a 7 is based on 25, it is slightly different from a 7 based on 34 or 61. For this reason, I have made it a habit to include the double-digit numbers in the chart. I write a 7 based on 25 in this manner: 25/7; and a 7 based on 34 like this: 34/7.
The double-digit number highlights certain aspects, and diminishes others, but it never eliminates any aspect completely. You may want to study the double-digit numbers in your personal chart to see if you can gain additional insight or clarity.
For example, a 7 based on 25 is not as withdrawn as a 7 based on a 16. A 7 based on 34 is more creative that the 7 based on a 25.
The already considerable leadership ability of a 1 is enhanced in the 10. As a rule, numbers that are dividable by 10 strengthen the characteristics of the single-digit number across the board. A 10 is a high octave 1, a 40 is a high octave 4, and a 70 is a high octave 7.
